By accessing this Website, submitting any form, clicking "I Agree," or in any way using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

We operate as an officially appointed enrollment and marketing partner for IIM Rohtak. We are not a part of IIM Rohtak or any government institution.

Our Role & Partnership with IIM Rohtak

CampusWalkin is the officially appointed enrollment and marketing partner for the IIM Rohtak PGPx programme. Our role is limited to:

• Promoting the IIM Rohtak PGPx programme through digital marketing
• Collecting and forwarding eligible candidate enquiries to IIM Rohtak
• Providing programme information, brochures, and counselling support to prospective applicants
• Assisting candidates through the application and documentation process

This Website is operated by CampusWalkin and is not the official website of IIM Rohtak. The official IIM Rohtak website is www.iimrohtak.ac.in.

Use of This Website

However, as IIM Rohtak is the sole authority over the programme:

• Programme details, fees, curriculum, and schedules are subject to change by IIM Rohtak without prior notice
• CampusWalkin cannot guarantee that information on this Website reflects the most current programme terms at any given time
• Prospective applicants should verify all programme details directly with IIM Rohtak before making any financial or career commitments
• Any discrepancy between information on this Website and the official IIM Rohtak offer letter shall be resolved in favour of the official IIM Rohtak offer letter

Fees & Payments

All fees for the IIM Rohtak PGPx programme are set, collected, and administered by IIM Rohtak. CampusWalkin does not collect tuition or programme fees on behalf of IIM Rohtak.

Application Fee

An application fee of ₹2,500 (non-refundable) may be payable directly to IIM Rohtak at the time of submitting a formal application. This fee is separate from any counselling or administrative services provided by CampusWalkin.

Tuition Fees

The total programme fee is ₹7,43,650, payable in three term-wise installments as specified in the official offer letter issued by IIM Rohtak. The fee breakdown published on this Website is indicative and may vary.

On-Campus Charges

Additional charges apply for on-campus modules (₹2,360/day without boarding; ₹2,950/day with boarding in double occupancy). These are subject to change by IIM Rohtak.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Application Fee

The application fee of ₹2,500 paid to IIM Rohtak is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal of application, failure to meet eligibility criteria, or non-selection.

Programme Fee (Tuition)

Refund of tuition fees is governed exclusively by IIM Rohtak's refund policy as stated in your offer letter and student agreement. CampusWalkin has no authority to authorise or process any refund of tuition fees.

CampusWalkin Counselling Services

CampusWalkin provides free counselling and enrollment assistance. No fees are charged to candidates by CampusWalkin for enquiry or counselling services.

• Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to IIM Rohtak's admissions office directly
• Timelines and refund amounts (if any) are at IIM Rohtak's sole discretion
• CampusWalkin cannot intervene in or expedite IIM Rohtak's refund process

Admissions

All admission decisions are made exclusively by IIM Rohtak. CampusWalkin's role in the admission process is limited to:

• Providing programme information and counselling
• Assisting candidates in submitting complete applications
• Coordinating documentation requirements on a best-effort basis

CampusWalkin makes no representation or guarantee regarding:

• Your likelihood of selection or admission
• The outcome of any personal interview or entrance test
• Placement outcomes or salary expectations post-completion
• Scholarship or financial aid availability

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, graphics, layout, logos, and code — is either the intellectual property of CampusWalkin Pvt. Ltd. or is used with the permission of the respective rights holders.

The "IIM Rohtak" name, logo, and related trademarks are the property of IIM Rohtak and are used on this Website solely in the context of describing CampusWalkin's authorised enrollment partnership. No endorsement beyond this partnership is implied.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Dispute Resolution Process

1. Informal Resolution: We encourage you to first contact us at grievance@campuswalkin.com to resolve any issue informally within 30 days.
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating legal proceedings.
3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement.
4. Litigation: If arbitration is not agreed upon, disputes shall be litigated exclusively in courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules, CampusWalkin has appointed a Grievance Officer to address complaints and concerns:
